Start Today!

• Employment application (back ground screening)  is completed for all branch employees
• A Retail Branch agreement is executed between NFM and the Branch Partner
• Compliance & Licensing
• IT set up – email address, access to website, pricing engine etc.
• HR Orientation – Review company policy procedures and terms of employment (All Employees)
• Branch Orientation – submission, underwriting, guidelines, loan  process, closing (BM Only)
• Accounting Set up – payroll, bank account, etc

• Go live as an NFM branch!!!
